Howden Tiger Capital Markets & Advisory (HTCMA) has named Michael Forman and John Stamatis co-heads of North America.

Both executives will report to HTCMA CEO Jarad Madea, leading North American strategy for the business unit with a focus on bringing the company’s full suite of M&A and capital-raising products to clients.
